PAYMENT AND RETURN POLICY

1. Trading Methods

Our products are sent through the courier company Speedex Courier, with shipping costs of € 3.00 / shipment and the following charges apply depending on the method of payment:

• COD – € 2.50
  Payment to the Courier upon delivery of the order, without credit card.

• Credit Card – 0.00 € *
  You can repay your order with your credit or debit card through the secure tour of Piraeus Bank

• Bank Deposit – 0.00 € *
  You can pay for your order by bank deposit.

In case the customer has a different bank from the one we work with then the bank supply costs will have to be charged.
In case of delay of the order due to lack of stock, the customer will be informed immediately throughe–mail for the expected availability of the product

2.Product Returns

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or other product at the expense of the cost of returning the product (€ 3.00).

For each first change the customer will not be charged with the shipping costs of the new product.

For each subsequent change in the same order, there is an automatic shipping charge (€ 6.00 / shipment).

No return will be accepted without consultation with the company.

* The products you have selected for Change / Order, you receive them at the listed purchase price that Eshop has at the time of completion of the Change / Order.

*Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για να γίνει δεκτή η επιστροφή είναι το προϊόν καθώς και η συσκευασία του να βρίσκεται σε άρτια κατάσταση, χωρίς να έχει γίνει χρήση αυτού και να μην έχουν αφαιρεθεί οι ειδικές σημάνσεις (καρτελάκια/barcodes).
In any other case the customer loses the right to change or return the product and the company bears no responsibility.

* The change in products that are in the latest available numbers as well as in a special offer is not accepted.

* Order cancellation is acceptable as long as the order has not been packaged & given to the courier.
